I’ve had the opportunity to experience Sedefs offerings in two ways. The first was through a sound bath. I completely melted through the floor to the healing sounds of the instruments and her angelic voice. Such a powerful experience. Left feeling weightless.More recently she guided me in CI sessions where she created a safe space for me to go deeper into myself and unlock memories and forge links I hadn’t before recognized. Incredibly powerful experiences. Walked away from each session feeling somewhat lighter and more connected to myself.
